Ms. Horton has extensive auditing and coding experience to include work in the specialty areas of Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Primary Care.

Aubrey has spent several years advocating for those without a voice in order to bring about important change. At CCMU, she combines her deep understanding of Colorado’s health care policy world with her strong drive to make the legislative process more inclusive and to effectively implement beneficial health care laws. She is passionate about connecting policymakers and community networks in order to improve Colorado’s health care system. 

Alicia Haywood is the Policy and Advocacy Manager for the Colorado Rural Health Center. Alicia monitors state and federal legislative and regulatory issues related to rural health and serving as a conduit of information between rural Colorado, Denver, and Washington DC. Alicia earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado – Denver and a BA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She was recently selected for the National Rural Health Association’s Rural Health Fellow Program, a year-long rural health policy training program.

David Ginsberg set to speak at The Forum!

David Ginsberg, Senior Advisor at CRHC, will be joining a long roster of seasoned healthcare professionals set to speak at this year's Forum Conference in April. 

David has lectured and provided hands on support for health care organizations who are searching, selecting or implementing Electronic Health Records.
