On Friday April 5, from 9-11am, Kendra Brooks, CRHC's Development Manager/Grant Writer, will discuss "What is Proposal Writing." This workshop will explore the practical skills of researching opportunities, exploring and discussing the basic proposal sections, budgeting and the ever important evaluation section.Kendra is a native of Illinois with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa. Her background includes over 30 years of nonprofit leadership and management in the human service, health related and educational organizations. Her proposal writing experience has spanned nearly 35 years with very positive results.
